Occupational therapist working in the field of positioning and mobility in wheelchairs at
TSimetria in Portugal. Postgraduate degree in Occupational Therapy in Pediatrics. He has conducted several training courses on positioning, mobility, and special controls at international events and with different manufacturers (QuantumRheab, Invacare, StealthProducts, BodyPoint, among others). Technical Director at TSimetria, he is also
responsible for the company’s training program and for training at some universities in Portugal where new Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists have their first contact with wheelchairs and positioning. He has given several lectures in Portugal and Spain, presented a poster at the International Seating Symposium (ISS) in 2018, and provided training at the European Seating Symposium (ESS) in 2018 and at the ISS in 2019.
