Hugo Neves

Hugo Neves is a PhD candidate in Nursing, developing a Clinical Data Model for potential application in Information Systems. He has a Master’s degree in Nursing, specialising in Rehabilitation Nursing, and a degree in Nursing from the Dr Ângelo da Fonseca School of Nursing. He is an Adjunct Professor at the Nursing School of Coimbra (ESEnfC). He is a member of the Portuguese Society for Rehabilitation Engineering, Assistive Technologies and Accessibility (SUPERA). He is a member of the Centre for Innovative Care and Health Technology of the Polytechnic of Leiria (CiTechCare) and The Health Sciences Research Unit: Nursing (UICISA:E). Her teaching and research focus on quantitative and qualitative approaches in research, rehabilitation, cognitive rehabilitation/stimulation, functionality/disability, support technologies/products and information systems. She is part of national and European projects related to Rehabilitation and Education.

He is the author of several publications and scientific communications in the fields of Quantitative Research, Qualitative Research, Nursing, Rehabilitation Nursing, Elderly Health and Ageing, Functionality and Frailty.
